The West Necluda Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to catapult themselves up between different islands to get the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Ukoojisi Shrine is located in the Necluda Sky in the West Necluda Sky Archipelago. From the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, launch into the sky and glide east and look for a few small stones leading to an island with a tower and pool on it.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Head to the movable platform and attach the 2 rockets found there to get you up high enough for you to glide over to the next island over where the Shrine is. Follow the beam and rotate the wheel to point East at an island with a swooped ramp. There you can build a plane to head into the island with an opening on the side covered by branches. There you can find the Shrine Crystal. Take the plane back to the island with the Shrine on it.
