The East Hebra Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will need to menuever around the cluster of islands around the Sky Archipelago to retrieve the Shrine Crystal and place it in the Shrine Base. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Taninoud Shrine is located in the Hebra Sky, from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, launch into the air and look down and east and you'll see a chain of islands that leads away from the Tower.
Completing the Shrine Quest
You can use the movable platforms and the rockets to get yourself to the island where the Shrine is. Take the movable platform and use a fan to head over to the island where the beam is pointed to. Go to the back of the island and you'll see an opening. Cut the branches and take the Shrine Crystal at the end of the cave and take it to the Shrine Base.
