A stick cut off from a large tree. It isn't very sturdy, but its heavier end can swat a shield away.

Thick Stick is a Two-Handed Weapon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Weapons in Zelda TotK feature a diverse set of weapons, each having its own stats, strengths, and weaknesses. Players must remember that weapons will eventually break once their health starts to chip when it is used, however, luckily, weapons can be easily found by looting chests, destroying grass, stealing it from enemies, and crafting or infusing different weapons or materials.

The early game and Proving Grounds Shrine tool of choice for those who like their combos 2 hits long and with a big thick impact to them. Not the best pick once you have a shield or two though, as its only one attack more than the one-handed stick and early game blocking attacks is a life saver. In Proving Grounds it can Prove (heh) its worth, but otherwise I wouldn't give this baseball bat lookalike a second look once you get off the Tutorial Zone. Go for something Sturdier or Gnarlier instead.
