Kodah at the inn came across the following passage from an ancient text: "Long, long ago, at Tarm Point, a blessed stone was hidden away within a sacred shrine." Kodah's daughter, Finley, believes there must be treasure there, and so she and Sasan set off for Tarm Point. Does treasure await them?

Zelda TotK True Treasure Quest Walkthrough
You can start this quest by talking to Kodah in Zora's Domain. She informs you about an ancient manuscript mentioning Tarm Point and a shrine located there. Let's investigate! Go to the southeast area marked on your map, where you'll come across a hole in the ground. Inside, you'll encounter Sasan. He arrived with Finley, who has already moved ahead since she's a Zora and can swim. We should assist Sasan in crossing the water as well.
Use your ultrahand to place the nearby raft into the water, and then inform Sasan that you'll accompany him. Before doing so, pick up the nearby stick and attach it to the Korok Leaf to create an air propeller. Climb onto the raft, and we'll now navigate across the room. Pay attention to the changing tide mentioned by Sasan. When the water level drops, rocks emerge, which are not hazardous but can capsize the raft if you're above them. Carefully maneuver across the water, only when the tide is high, until you reach Finley at the other side. Observe the ensuing scene, and the quest will conclude.
