The North Hebra Mountains Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will need to locate the shrine along the North Hebra Mountains, and fight a Frost Talus to retrieve the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Sisuran Shrine is along the North Hebra Mountains, you can launch yourself from the Pikida Stonegrove Slyview Tower and glide northwest over the mountains.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Follow the light pointed by the Shrine and fight the Frost Talus as the Shrine Crystal is attached to it. Defeat the Frost Talus and bring the Shrine Crystal back to the base.
