The Lanayru Road Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to go through a a body of water and a cave to retrieve the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The O-ogim Shrine is located in the Lanayru region. You can glide down west from the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower to the Lanayru Promenade.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Once you activate the Shrine, follow the beam across the body of water into the Lanayru Road South Cave. Along the way you might have to fight some enemies. Destroy the wall of rocks to retrieve the Shrine Crystal and make a plane with a Wing and some Fans. Attach the Shrine Crystal to the plane and glide over to the Shrine base.
