At the end of Temple of Time, you witnessed the Master Sword disappear into a mysterious light. A white dragon appeared and rose into the sky, dividing the sea and clouds. You suddenly heard a voice, and you were sure that it was Princess Zelda's voice saying "Link, you must find me." You look to the land below and continue to search for her. In a race against time, you decide to head to the ground by diving from the sky island.
To the Kingdom of Hyrule Quest Complete Description
After descending from the sky island where you awoke, you returned to the kingdom of Hyrule and reunited with Purah at Lookout Landing. You learned that she's been directing search efforts in the kingdom. Work with Purah to find Princess Zelda.

To the Kingdom of Hyrule Quest Zelda: TotK Walkthrough
This Main Quest begins automatically after completing Part 2 of Find Princess Zelda Quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. After touching the golden orb, you need to jump down from the platform into the water below: The Lookout Landing.
Exploring the Lookout Landing in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Upon landing below, locate the waypoints on your map. This will take a few minutes of walking in a flat valley without obstructions. Once you arrive at the waypoint, you will see the front gate of the town called "Lookout Landing." Enter the town.
Once inside the town, look around and search for an NPC named Purah, the Head of Lookout Landing. Go to the left and enter the front door with a statue. Climb the stairs on the other side until you get to the second floor. From there, an NPC named Josha will approach you and will call Purah outside.
