Clues to the Sky Quest Description
“Stand upon the land of the sky fish, and behold its lofty view. Among the floating rocks you see, a droplet waits for you. Through this droplet shoot an arrow with the mark of the king. Do this task, and you shall reveal a most wondrous thing”. A clue was deciphered that leads to the direction of finding a watery bridge. Jiahto suggests speaking with King Dorephan about the mark.
Clues to the Sky Quest Complete Description
When you shot the mark of the king into the droplet visible from the land of the sky fish, a pillar of light appeared in the reservoir in the eastern part of the domain. If the writing on the ancient stone slate is correct, this should indicate the hiding place of the watery bridge.

Zelda TotK Clues to the Sky Quest Walkthrough
You receive a riddle during the previous quest and your next objective is to speak with King Dorephan so you can ask him about the mark and find clues about the location of the watery bridge.
Find King Dorephan in Zelda: TotK
To find King Dorephan, we must first go back to Zora's Domain. Go up the stairs leading to the throne room. You will find some kind playing in front of the throne. These kids will try to send you away if you approach the throne but you must approach them from the side of the throne quietly, then climb from behind then wait. Make sure that you will be undetected and then you will see a Listen prompt on your screen and click A. You will get clues to King Dorephan's location and it will be revealed that he's in a cave behind a waterfall between the Ploymus Mountain and Zora's Domain.
Go to the King's hiding spot in Lulu Lake, and then he will tell you that a "mark of the king" refers to a King's Scale. He hands you 5x King's scale and make sure to hold on to it. Head back to Sidon at Mipha Court and talk to him. Share with him the information that you have gathered so far and he will tell you to investigate the Land of the Sky Fish.
How to go to the Sky Fish Island in Zelda: TotK
Now, teleport back to Ihen-a Shrine and glide over to the waterfall flowing from a sky island while wearing the Zora Armor. If you can't see this yet on your screen, go to the world map and it will look like the shape of a fish-- that is where we need to go next.
Look around the island and look for rocks falling on the ground. There is no definite location for this but look around the island for any of the falling rocks. Go on top of the newly-fallen rock and use Recall ability on it. By doing this, the rock will go back up and will give you access to the Sky Island. Once you reach the top, jump off and glide over to Sky Fish Island. When you get to the island, look to the Southwest region of the island and look for floating rocks that resemble the shape of a "raindrop." You may need to walk around for a bit to make sure that you are in the right area. Next, aim your bow and attach the King's Scale from the item wheel to your arrow then shoot throw the raindrop-shaped rock.
