The Necluda Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to catapult themselves up between different islands to get the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Kumamayn Shrine us located in the Necluda Sky Archipelago, you can get there by launching yourself from the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and gliding Southeast from your launch point.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Follow the beam to see that the Shrine Crystal is attached to a Flux Construct III on the island next to the island where the Shrine is. You can easily take the Shrine Crystal off it with Ultrahand and go back to see there is a catapult you can use, angle it and attach it to the ground at angle to launch you and the Shrine Crystal back to the island with the Shrine.
