The Tabantha Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to jump between islands to get to the Shrine and the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Ganos Shrine is located on the Tabantha Sky Archipelago. You can get there by launching yourself from the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, and glide in the direction of the sphere in the sky.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Once youre on the sphere glide North to the Tabantha Sky Archiepalego. You'll later find out that the Shrine Crystal is on a Flux Construct III, if you land on it you can easily use Ultrahand to retrieve the Shrine Crystal. walk over to the other side of the island and make a platform with the rockets to take you back up to the Shrine Base.
