The North Necluda Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to catapult themselves up between different islands to get the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Josiu Shrine is located in the Necluda Sky in the North Nacluda Sky Archipelago. You can launch up from the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and glide east, you will see small islands and a larger one, you want to the larger one with the Shrine base.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Follow the beam and you will find the Shrine Crystal on the next sky island. Put the Shrine Crystal on the curved path, head on back to the island with the Shrine and use the device to turn the direction of the curved path so you can get the Shrine Crystal.
