Dyeing to Find It is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to speak with a Steward Construct to receive a riddle for the Shrine puzzle. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Kurakat Shrine is located in the Lanayru region, Northeast of Kakariko Village. You can launch yourself from the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower and glide southwest past Rutala River and land by Quatta's Shelf.
Completing the Shrine Quest
You can find a bandit camp with a large skull, and nearby there is a Square-shaped contraption, that is where you need to go. When you arrive there, speak to the Steward Construct and it will give you a riddle "When the sun awakens in the sky, dye the white pattern black. Then will the sacred shrine appear." What you will have to do is to match the contraction with the shape thats on the wall bellow by attaching some of the wooden planks nearby. You can set up a campfire to wait until morning so the sunlight can shine on the contraption and create a shadow on the wall. A Shrine will appear when you've done this correctly.
