The Ralis Channel Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to head into the open cave right by the path to Zora's Domain to retrieve the Shrine Crystal and make a raft to get it to the Shrine base. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Joniu Shrine is located below the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, by the path towards Zora's domain.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Head into the cave and you will see the Shrine Crystal almost immediately. There will be materials for you nearby to make a raft to get the Shrine Crystal to the other side.
