The North Hyrule Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to catapult themselves up between different islands to get the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

You offered up a crystal and can now enter the Shrine of Light in the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago.
Enter the shrine in order to acquire the Light of Blessing.
Rewards for The North Hyrule Sky Crystal in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
A Light of Blessing, and a Magic Rod will be rewarded upon completion of the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Mayam Shrine is located in the Central Hyrule Sky region on an island in the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago. You can get there by launching yourself from the Thyphlo Ruins Sky Tower then glide south to the cross-shaped sky island.
Completing the Shrine Quest
To follow the beam, and you will see that the Shrine Crystal is on a Flux Construct I. You can break it apart to pick up the Shrine Crystal. To go back up, at the other end of the sky island you can find some material to head back up to the Shrine base.
