The White Bird's Guidance is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to go into a cave and complete the Shrine's puzzle.

The White Bird's Guidance Quest Description
Laissa, a resident of Rito Village, can't seem to recall the location of a cave she found a while back. When you asked what she could remember about it, she said that she saw a white bird sitting atop the shadow of Vah Medoh's perch at early morning. When she tried to go after it, the bird was gone, and in its place was the entrance to the cave.

Reaching the Shrine
The Wao-os Shrine is located in the West Lake Totori Cave in the Hebra Mountains Region, under the Passer Hill area. You can launch yourself from the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and glide southwest by Lake Totori.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Go towards the cave and you will eventually find the shrine.
Inside the Shrine
In the Shrine, there will be a puzzle for you to complete where you have to catapult the metal balls into the targets. Once this is completed the door will open, you will have to catapult yourself to get across.
There is a chest you can get by attaching the metal bowl to the metal box, putting the box in the upper right corner, lifting it with Ultrahand then stepping on the box once it falls. Use Recall to lift up the box and use Ascend to head up to the platform directly above you to find the chest that has a Spicy Elixir.
