The Oakle's Navel Cave Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to go through a rocky obstacle course with the Shrine Crystal to get to the Shrine Base. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Tokiy Shrine is located in East Necluda, inside Oakle's Navel Cave found at Oakle's Navel.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Once you're in the cave you can defeat the Shock Like or you can choose to run past it instead to get to the Shrine Crystal. You'll then have to carry the Shrine Crystal across a slop with falling boulders for you to evade. Once you passed the slopes, you'll go up a narrow path with a boulder that blocks the path coming straight to you. Use Recall to rewind the boulder for you to get through. The Shrine base is at the end of the tunnel.
