The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will need to follow the path to where the Blupee is facing, clear out the cave of enemies and make a bridge on the ice-cold pond to retrieve the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The Rutafu-um Shrine is located in the Hebra Region hidden in a cave, at Selmie's Spot you can find a Blupee near a bonfire looking towards North. Follow it and it will lead you done a slope and into the Hebra Mountain Northwest Cave. You can launch yourself from the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower and glide west until you reach Selmie's Spot.
Completing the Shrine Quest
You'll find a Bubbulfrog and some bokoblins to fight. Theres also chest frozen in ice so be sure to melt that to claim 3 Zonai Wings. The light indicates that the Shrine Crystal is in the middle of the ice-cold pond. To retrieve it, players can use the 3 Zonai Wings to make a bridge toward the crystal.
