The High Spring and the Light Rings is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to complete a short challenge to go shield sledding through green light rings for the Shrine to appear. The Shrine will also have a challenge.

The High Spring and the Light Rings Quest Description
At the Spring of Wisdom near the summit of Mount Lanayru, Nazbi told you this legend: "Skim across snow, from the spring high in the heavens to the mountain below. Pass through the rings of light to see the Light of Blessing."
The "spring high in the heavens" in the legend may refer to the Spring of Wisdom.

Reaching the Shrine
The Zakusu Shrine is located on Mount Lanayru. You can teleport to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and head over to the Spring of Wisdom.
Completing the Shrine Quest
Once you get to the Spring of Wisdom, you will find someone named Nazbi, talk to him and he will tell you about a legend relating to the treasure. Once you learn about this, go to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and launch yourself up and glide towards Southeast to a sky island that had a U shaped pool. Activate the Sheikah Glyph for the rings to show up, you would then have to go shield sledding down the green rings. Completing this will activate the Shrine.
Inside the Shrine
Once you enter the shrine you will see that you will not have your gear but it will be returned to you after, head over to the platform on the right where a railcar will come down. Use recall and take it to the next platform. There will be some enemies you will have to defeat to continue in the shrine. If you end up at the bottom, there is a hot air balloon you can use to go back up, or use one of the rockers to go up as well.
