The second highest tier of the general weapons, and the one you will likely end up using most frequently. Improved Flurry Rush is easily the strongest of the main line effects, as those skilled at triggering Flurry Rush will get value out of it often. It is also very common once you've pushed the hidden XP system high enough, as Silver enemies frequently begin carrying these in their camps, and Hinoxes begin dropping three royal grade weapons. Be prepared to use this one a fair bit.
