After talking with Penn. Descend down the well nearby to investigate.
On your path, use a blunt weapon to clear the breakable rocks.
You need to fight three Lizalfos and Like Like, the latter drop a chest containing Gerudo Shield.
At the end of cave, defeat Electric Lizalfos to complete this side adventure.
