To begin The Incomplete Stable side quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, approach the two men standing near the stable located at the south exit of Lookout Landing. Use the Ultrahand ability to pick up the wooden plank located to the immediate left of the quest giver. Head behind the stable and rotate the wooden plank until it fits perfectly on the roof. Once it's in place, a cutscene will trigger and the quest givers will express their gratitude.
As a result of completing this quest, a stable will become available for you to park your horse in the future. With this quest finished, you can now move on to explore other parts of the game world with your trusty horse.
