The Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind can be acquired after clearing the Wind Temple in the region of Hebra. With his village beset by harsh weather, Tulin, the son of the Rito Village Chief must uncover the secrets of the storm cloud with Link's help. This leads them both to the Wind Temple in the Main Quest Tulin of Rito Village. After clearing the temple by solving its puzzles and ultimately defeating the Colgera, Tulin learns of his destiny to fight by Link's side in the greater war against the Demon King and awakens as the Sage of Wind. With his father's prized bow passed down to him and promising to get even stronger and find clues about Princess Zelda he bequeaths Link with the Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind so Link will be able to call upon his power whenever he needs it.
