Colgera is a Boss in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Colgera looks like a giant ice serpent. It has the power to create blizzards and is found in the Wind Temple. This is not an optional boss as players need to defeat it to advance the story of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
The culprit behind the blizzard that plagued the Hebra region. This huge beast harnesses wind to produce strong updrafts and lift itself aloft. The jagged layer of ice covering its body serves as a protective shield and allows it to launch frozen spikes at its foes.

Colgera Fight Strategy
The Best Tips for Colgera:
- It is important to bring armor that can provide you with Cold Resistance, such as the Snowquill Set.
- Items: Arrows as many as possible, Aerocuda Wing it is also useful. Fire Fruit or Bomb Fruit
Colgera Strategy Writeup
Once the fight against Colgera starts, you will be soaring through the sky. Try to not fall off to your doom. Keep in mind that Stamina isn't as significant as in other boss fights, using your Paraglider will restore it. Colgera will attempt to trample you with its enormous size, using its orbs to move around the battlefield. Be ready to find the orb, once Colgera disappears, in order to be able to evade its lunge.
Colgera has three ice plates on its underside, these are its weak points. Attack them using your arrows in order to break them. You can also combine your Arrows with a Fire Fruit. Once you break all three, a short cutscene will play out, in which Colgera will leave through a portal. As it re-emerges, the fight enters its second Phase, and Colgera will cast powerful tornadoes on the battlefield.
Once again, you have to destroy the three weak points. Colgera may use its Ice Spikes to try to take you down from the sky. By doing this, it will leave its weak points exposed from the upside too. Shoot them again, and once all three are destroyed again, Colgera will be defeated.
Don't forget to grab the Heart Container in front of you, because it won't be added automatically to your heart pool.
