Where to Find Solemn Vow of Sidon, Sage of Water in Zelda TotK
The Vow of Sidon, Sage of Water can be acquired after clearing the Water Temple in the region of Lanayru. With his people and their waters beset by a mysterious black sludge, seemingly brought about by Princess Zelda and her monster, Sidon, the prince of the Zora must uncover the secrets of the black sludge with Link's help. This leads them both to the Water Temple in the Main Quest Sidon of the Zora. After clearing the temple by solving its puzzles and ultimately defeating the Mucktorock, Sidon learns of her destiny to fight by Link's side in the greater war against the Demon King and awakens as the Sage of Water. Ascending to the throne and therefore needing to stay and lead his people, he bequeaths Link with the Vow of Sidon, Sage of Water so Link will be able to call upon his power whenever he needs it.
