Demon King Ganondorf is a Boss in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Demon King Ganondorf is the representation of all that is evil in Hyrule and is found in Unknown. This is not an optional boss as players need to defeat it to advance the story of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

An evil man who lived long ago in the era of Hyrule's founding. He was imprisoned beneath Hyrule Castle for ages, but the magic weakened, and his power has steadily been growing since. Now he has revived as a threat beyond the knowledge of any. A master of every known weapon, he will not hesitate to crush any foe who stands in his way.

During the fight, Demon King Ganondorf will use many movements that players have already seen at the Phantom Ganon encounter. It is a game-changer to master the dodge-timing during this fight, allowing to land many free hits on Ganondorf.

Demon King Ganondorf, as Phantom Ganon did before him, can switch up the weapon he is wielding during the fight. Be mindful of this, as the timing for dodging may vary depending on the weapon the boss is wielding.

He doesn't enter second phase when half his health is removed. Unlike the rest of the bosses, you have to remove all his health to enter his second phase. In this phase, Ganondorf changes form and has a much larger health bar.

During the second phase, four clones of himself will be summoned, and he will pursue you more aggressively.

When half his health is depleted as his second form, there will be another cutscene.

In this phase, you will be facing him by himself, all the champion avatar's won't be available. this will be a 1v1 against a Full powered Demon King.

This version of Ganondorf, can dodge and evade perfectly as you do. You have to evade perfectly to land hits using Flurry Rush, when possible.

Right Slash	slashes from right to left at medium height	Use the dodging technique, try to time it perfectly to be able to land a few hits
Downward slash	Attacks from upside, using his sword	Use the dodging technique, try to time it perfectly to be able to land a few hits
Charged Gloom Attack	Charges his sword on his left side, and unleashes a spinning attack. Dark energy emanates from him 360	Use the dodging technique, try to time it perfectly to be able to land a few hits
Weapon Switch	Demon King Ganondorf may switch the weapon he is wielding at any time.	-
Second Phase
Demon Bow	Shoots three quickly arrows with his bow	Keep moving to avoid being hit.
Charged Lunge (Halberd)	When wielding a halberd, Ganondorf charges and lunges forward to deal damage.	Move to either side to dodge
Ground Hit (Mace)	When wielding a mace, Ganondorf creates three rays from the ground.	Stay far away from Ganondorf, the rays will open up as in a triangle the more ground they cover.
Mace Lunge	When wielding a mace, Ganondorf charges and jumps towards you, impacting the mace violently on the ground.	Move to either side,
Mace Ground AoE	Gandondorf charges holding the mace facing the ground and slams it, creating an AoE that emerges from the hit.	Use the Paraglider to get in the sky and evade it.
Homing Shots	Ganondorf creates 3 demonic energy balls that will pursue you for a short while.	Don't stand still, move to evade them until they are gone.
