After talking to Robbie, travel to Akkala Ancient Tech Lab marked on the map. Defeat the enemies there, then open the chest found on the first floor of the Ancient Tech Lab to get the Travel Medallion Prototype.
Once you get the Travel Medallion Prototype, return it to Robbie.
You'll be able to get the first Travel Medallion after talking with Robbie. Next, he will ask you to map 10 and then 15 regions in total to get the second and third Travel Medallion, respectively
