After talking to Penn, head to the cave.
In this side adventure, you cant use your own equipment, you need to find weapons in the cave to defeat all enemies.
One of the enemies drops bow, use it and attach Flint to an arrow to defeat the monster with yellow health bar.
Return to Penn to complete this quest.
