After you acquired the quest, head straight north to fight Frost Gleeok. You need to attack Frost Gleeok's head with bows, once his health drops below 25% he will drop onto the ground where you can attack him with melee attacks.
After defeat Frost Gleeok, move further north to find the Golden Horse. Ride the horse to Harlow to complete this side adventure.
