Octoroks is an Enemy Type in Zelda: Tears of the KingdomEnemies in the game tend to fall under certain enemy categories but may have different variants of the same species. Enemies from the species will generally have the same outlook but may vary in color, strength, and Locations. Despite their different colorway, they are still likely to drop a few common Materials. Smaller and more common enemies are also commonly encountered in groups.

Octoroks are generally Octopus-like creatures that can be encountered in different terrains. These originally aquatic creatures have adapted to different biomes and have varying unique abilities depending on the specific species. Octoroks can be concealed underground or in water until approached and tend to be able to launch ranged attacks.

Although originally an aquatic species, this type has adapted to life in the forest. They hide among the trees, disguising themselves as grass or unassuming shrubbery, and then attack when someone wanders by. - Forest Octorok
