Tauro is an NPC in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Tauro has an unrivaled skill in field research. Tauro is also completely missable. If you accidentally jump ahead and find a certain plot object early on your own, the game just says "welp, guess you don't need a researcher's help" and cuts out a major segment of plotline that would have led to him.
