Amiibo is an Ability in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Amiibo can be used to scan figures and receive special rewards. Abilities in Zelda TotK are the abilities that you can obtain throughout your playthrough by completing certain Quests. These Abilities will prove useful in solving puzzles, exploring and having access to some parts of Hyrule, and also using them in Combat.
Zelda TotK Amiibo Information
The Amiibo can be used to scan Nintendo-branded figurines and trading cards to receive special rewards. Just like in the previous game, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, this game features full compatibility with every Amiibo Nintendo has released, meaning that even non-Zelda Amiibo can give you rewards. Do note that not all Amiibo are equal and some are more valuable.
How to get Amiibo in Zelda TotK
You will acquire the Amiibo after unlocking the Purah Pad once you start the Main Quest: Find Princess Zelda.
